Dr Salaverria is Group Leader of the Molecular Genetics of Pediatric Lymphomas group at IDIBAPS. research focuses on the genetic and molecular profiling of different subtypes of Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHL) in pediatric and young adult population through the application of high-resolution genomic techniques for the identification of specific genetic alterations and target genes/pathways that may be useful as biomarkers in the management of these patients. She has published 88 original articles, of which 17 as senior author and/or corresponding author (H-index: 50 Citations: 7842). Some of the studies carried out have been crucial for understanding the genetic basis of several lymphoma entities and have helped in the identification of several subgroups of these diseases.
