Research Description

Intrapreneurship is acting like an entrepreneur within an established entity. It’s creating a new business or venture within an organization. Sometimes that business becomes a new section, or department, or even a subsidiary spinoff.

“You need to think about how big the market is, how many resources do they need to create something, what could the payoff be. Many of the same criteria that we would use to evaluate a new venture by an entrepreneur is really the same.”, MIT Sloan professor Michael Cusumano, an expert in strategy, product development, and entrepreneurship.

IJC is interested on creating an spin-off based on service platform and focused on developing experimental model for broad range of mutation carrier patients, associated to different hereditary diseases such as hereditary cancers and rare diseases.

Intrapreneur would develop the NewCo project inside IJC for a maximum of 2 years and eventually become the CEO of the new independent spin-off, if this happens to be feasible (legal, regulatory, technical, economical parameters and IJC Patronage’s approval).
