Contractors
The Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) is an institution with both private and public funding, from the Department of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia. It operates according to private-law as an entity with full legal capacity to work towards its objectives within article 1 of Spanish Law 8/2007 30 July.
The IJC wishes to publicize its contracts in accordance with the Law RDL 3/2011, 14 November, which requires contractual activities to be published on the Internet and in its contractors profile in order to ensure transparency, simultaneous applications and free access to the contractual procedures initiated by the IJC.
