New tools for a new view: RNA-protein interactions form a systems perspective

Protein-RNA interactions orchestrate all steps of RNA’s life. Previous studies of this interplay has been focused on cataloguing a subset of RNA-protein interactions, limiting our understanding of their global impact in cell physiology and disease. In this talk, I will discuss the new unbiased methodologies we have developed to characterise protein-RNA interactions from a completely new perspective, allowing to move away from only cataloguing them to interrogating their localisation and dynamics.
